Mini Gold 5-6 years (Moderate Course)
Designed for students ages 5 and 6 years old with less than two years of experience. We will work to teach foundational movements, build athleticism and mental maturity while preparing for the next level. Wrestlers will be introduced to technique and learn the rules and principles of wrestling.

Mighty Gold 7-10 years (Intermediate Course)
Geared toward students ages 7-10 years old with 2+ years of experience. We will teach wrestling concepts to develop a technical foundation, while preparing for competition. This course consists of perfecting basic skills, developing mental toughness, & increasing the capacity to sustain effort with consistency.

Super Gold 11-12 years (Advanced Course)
Designed for athletes looking to take the next step in their wrestling. We will build a systematic approach to wrestling through structured curriculum. Class will include conditioning, drilling, technical skill work, and live wrestling in all three wrestling positions. We will learn to improve on positional awareness, scrambling and jump skill levels. We will place a heavy emphasis on Freestyle during the Spring and Summer seasons.

Ultra Gold 13+ years (Advanced Course)
Designed for high school wrestlers with the desire to prepare for the upcoming season, and build a systematic approach to their wrestling through structured curriculum. Class will include conditioning, drilling, technical skill work, and live wrestling in all three wrestling positions.
